Shipping policy

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed and shipped from our atelier in Kuwait.

Standard order processing time is 2 to 3 weeks. However, please note that delivery might take up to 4 weeks. We will keep you updated on any delays.

Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via DHL from Kuwait.

Shipping Timeframes:

For major cities within the GCC: 3 - 5 business days from dispatch.

For major cities worldwide: 3 - 10 business days from dispatch.

Please be aware that once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Every country has a different shipping rate. Shipping costs will be displayed once you input the order in the cart.

International Orders (Returned or Rejected)

Unclaimed or Rejected Orders: If an international customer rejects or fails to accept their dress, and it is returned, we are not responsible for the dress after 1 month from the return date.

Storage Fee: A storage fee of 2 KD per day will apply for each additional day the dress is stored.

If the customer wishes to reclaim the dress after 1 month, they will be required to pay the shipping fee again, along with the applicable storage charges.

Public Holidays

Our shipping dates are affected by public and religious holidays in Kuwait.

Orders placed on a public or religious holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Pick-Up Option (Kuwait)

For customers within Kuwait, orders are to be picked up directly from the atelier.

Unclaimed Orders: Dresses not picked up within 1 month of availability will no longer be the responsibility of the company and will not be available for pick-up.

Storage Fee: In case the dress is available for pick-up after the 1-month period, a storage fee of 2 KD per day will apply for each additional day the dress is stored.

Return, Exchange, & Repairs Shipping

The cost of return shipping, along with any related customs clearance and tax charges, is the responsibility of the customer.
